I have thirty years of experience working with children of all ages in a multicultural environment. These years of classroom experience have allowed me to develop a teaching philosophy that centers my efforts on helping my students achieve.

My personal pedagogical theory focuses on the idea that it is my responsibility as an educator to provide my students with stimulating learning experiences that cultivate a love of learning and self-confidence.  These experiences will support both their academic and non-academic success.
